Position Overview

LaSalle Agri Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Human Resources Officer** to oversee various HR functions within our organization. This role is essential in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring compliance with staffing policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Staff Consultation and Grievance Management:** Administer procedures to address employee concerns and facilitate consultations.
  • **Staffing Needs Assessment:** Identify both current and future staffing requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • **Job Posting and Advertising:** Prepare and disseminate job notices and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • **Applicant Screening:** Collect and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • **Employment Guidance:** Provide advice to job seekers regarding employment criteria and conditions.
  • **Candidate Inventory Review:** Assess and review candidate inventories to ensure a robust selection process.
  • **Graduate Recruitment:** Engage with graduates from various educational institutions to fill available positions.
  • **Selection Coordination:** Organize and participate in selection boards to evaluate potential candidates.
  • **Notification of Selection Results:** Inform applicants about the outcomes of the selection process and prepare job offers accordingly.
  • **Policy Advisory:** Advise management and staff on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
