We are currently looking to recruit a **Project Administrator **to join our team by Watford, ON. In this role you will work with members of the project management team and field supervision. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of tasks, broadening your experience in all aspects of project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily administration to support activities on project(s).
- Communication with Site Superintendents to ensure proper documentation is received.
- Assist Site Superintendents and Project Manager with documentation and reporting.
- Be the site’s main point of contact for all resources.
- Coordinate personnel requirements with Human Resources
- Ensure daily time reports and all daily site documentation is received from respective jobsites; receive, organize, and file daily reporting from site:

- Timesheets
- LEM
- Field Requisitions
- Packing Slips/Material Receiving Reports
- Equipment Deliveries
- Work Orders
- Service Records, Statistics tracking
- Safety Reporting incl. meeting minutes, inspections
- Procure tools, equipment, materials as required by project.
- Maintain the project’s tool inventory.
- Maintain the project’s equipment tracker.

**Required Personal Tools**:

- 1 Steel Toe Boots, 6” minimum with metatarsals
- Valid Drivers License
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration considered and asset
- Construction experience considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Versed in MS Office
- Experience in document control considered an asset
- Team player, excited to work in a dynamic team environment
- Permanent residence around Watford, ON
