Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the deployment of systems across our global manufacturing sites. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology and Quality strategy group, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of new systems and solutions that support our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deploy new systems and solutions in all BRP manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
