Team Lead Order Management

We're looking for a team lead to manage the entire process from order taking to delivery for our vehicles in North America. This person will work with multiple departments such as sales, finance, market planning, production planning, shipping, credit, promotions and more. This is a key position in the achievement of BRP’s objectives.
**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Oversee and coordinate the prioritization of dealer orders based on extensive sales, credit management, logístical and operational constraint data, while actively striving to hit our financial goals.
Influence various inventory distribution strategies to ensure orders are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and to the right dealership, in order to drive sales and influence market share, while managing multiple operational constraints.
Ensure that order delivery dates and status are communicated to our dealers and sales force as accurately and transparently as possible.
Prepare and lead various governance processes of the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process in collaboration with several departments.
Monitor shipments and determine risks and opportunities for our sales targets. Make recommendations to help achieve objectives and communicate them to senior management.
Carry out various forecasts of our sales targets at more detailed levels.
Influence and participate in the development of the next inventory deployment system using standard solutions in SAP S4.
Oversee the creation of analysis concerning our sales targets, inventory levels, and our delivery period efficiency and accuracy.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and data management skills, as well as intellectual curiosity.
A bachelor or master's degree in business administration.
Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a young team.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace and cope effectively with pressure.
Good communication skills.
The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
