Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2201745 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, set goals and objectives, and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
