Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience and at least one year of management experience.
  • University degree/college diploma, especially with a focus on business/management, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, based on business needs.
