About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Brantwood Pharmacy Pharmasave. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our inventory, including medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Order and receive supplies and equipment in a timely manner to ensure our pharmacy remains fully stocked.
  • Client Support: Assist pharmacists and other staff members with client-related tasks, such as entering client information into databases.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of prescriptions, client information, and other relevant data.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
