About the Role

Cenpro Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management
    • Verify and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records
  • Medication Preparation
    • Prepare medications for clients in a safe and timely manner
    • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as required
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and pharmaceutical products
    • Order and receive inventory as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries
    • Assist with scheduling and workflow as needed
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Maintain and clean equipment in a safe and efficient manner
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, healthcare)
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to lift and move equipment as required
