Job Summary

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and assisting pharmacists with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
  • Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering client information into databases, helping with scheduling and workflow, and preparing prescription records.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manual dexterity.
Work Environment

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, with frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity required.
