Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Brantwood Pharmacy Pharmasave.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and assisting pharmacists with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering client information into databases, helping with scheduling and workflow, and billing third-party insurers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires manual dexterity and attention to detail.
