About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Hope Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that all prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining the highest level of precision in our records.
  • Client Information Management: Enter client information into our databases with precision and care, guaranteeing seamless data management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring our shelves are always stocked and our clients have access to the products they need.
  • Prescription Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records, providing a clear and transparent history of client prescriptions.
  • Medication Preparation: Prepare medications for clients with care and attention to detail, ensuring that each client receives the correct medication in the correct dosage.
  • Third-Party Billing: Bill third-party insurers with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
