About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Musical Instrument Technician to join our team at Sinoman Music Ltd. As a key member of our repair and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our stringed instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with stringed instruments to determine the necessary repairs
  • Use hand, power, or specialized tools to repair or replace defective parts and components
  • Test and calibrate instruments to ensure proper functioning
  • Train and supervise staff members as needed
  • Manage inventory and requisition materials and equipment
  • Recruit and hire staff, and oversee related staffing actions
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of stringed instruments and repair techniques
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in an urban area and may be required to travel to off-site locations.
