Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing our culinary team, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise our culinary team to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet the demands of our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences for weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
  • Ensure that all food meets our quality standards and is presented in an appealing manner.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to ensure our kitchen is well-maintained.
  • Consult with our clients to plan and execute food preparation and cooking activities for events.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 hours per week of work.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
