Job Description

At Providence Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Leader, Clinical Projects and Strategic Initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve strategic objectives and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Lead and manage large-scale clinical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, and ensure that project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as nursing or allied health sciences.
  • 7-10 years of experience in clinical project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
