Job Title: Clinical Education Leader

BC Children's and Women's Hospital & Health Centre is seeking a Clinical Education Leader to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering excellence in clinical education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement education programs and projects that contribute to the achievement of clinical area/program/Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with program leaders and staff to assess program and cross-program clerical education needs and priorities.
  • Design and deliver learning programs, including teaching, facilitation, and simulation, to support clerical staff.
  • Lead the review of existing education programs and projects to inform current curriculum development and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other clinical profession.
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience, including two (2) years of education experience.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and program evaluation skills.
