Job Title: Executive Chef

Harkomals Tiffin is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
