Human Resources Manager

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with provincial legislation.
- Design and implement talent acquisition processes that meet our 12-step hiring process.
- Lead in all escalated workplace investigations and maintain records.
- Manage and coordinate employee culture training, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Implement the professional development strategy for the business unit.
- Manage the promotion process in alignment with National office procedures.
- Review, manage, and monitor the performance review process.
- Act as a business partner with operations and safeguard employee needs.
- Ensure new employee orientation fosters a positive corporate culture.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement HR Metrics.
- Maintain an open-door policy.
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in a full-cycle Human Resources role, ideally in the security industry.
- Results-driven with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage remote HR teams.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong project management skills to lead projects and create employee buy-in.
- Provincial Employment Law and current legislation related to employment practices.
