Brimich Logistics & Packaging Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superviseur de Gestion to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process customer orders and instructions
  • Organize tasks to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and oversee logistics operations
  • Track and complete work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Perform routine administrative tasks
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure accuracy of time sheets, salaries, and other summaries
  • Maintain work files and journals
  • Monitor workload and employee locations
  • Organize warehouses and work areas
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Resolve work-related issues, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate activities with storage and production units
  • Compile spreadsheets and order specifications
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Train employees on tasks and policies
  • Organize employee training
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Track work-related issues
  • Be familiar with cross-border dispatch regulations and practices
  • Organize and maintain inventory
