About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Brimich Logistics & Packaging Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Compile and prioritize orders, instructions, and work assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and control the operational logistics of the organization, including warehouse and production units.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports, maintain work records, and logs to track progress and performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in monitoring and tracking software, electronic schedulers, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a shipping line or related industry.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
