About the Role

Tenaxx Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Communication

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.

Logistics and Operations

Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of shipments and deliveries.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations and to identify areas for improvement.

Procurement and Supply Chain

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
