Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Education Services Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our education services department, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Develop and deliver high-quality education services programs and services to our clients.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships and Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education services department.
    • Ensure effective use of resources, including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in education services or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
    • Strong strategic planning, program development, and delivery skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
