Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Education Services to join our team at NJ Education Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our education services division, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing the delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of education professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of education services with organizational goals
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Design and develop new education programs and services to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
    • Oversee the delivery of existing programs and services to ensure quality and effectiveness
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to inform future development and improvement
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our education services division
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, organizations, and government agencies
    • Represent NJ Education Inc. at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in education services, leadership, or a related field
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Experience with program development and delivery
    • Business development and partnership-building skills
