Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and development of our education services department.
- Program Development and Delivery
- Develop and deliver high-quality education programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services.
- Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education services department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial aspects of the department.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in education services, leadership, or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
