Dry Cleaning Supervisor

Chateau Quality Drycleaners Corporation is seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dry cleaning facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and training our staff to maintain the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the workload of our dry cleaning team to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer deadlines.
- Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain our dry cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our dry cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our dry cleaning team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and customer satisfaction.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, fostering a culture of mentorship and development.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, promoting reconciliation and cultural awareness.
- Support for Mature Workers: Participate in government or community programs that support mature workers, promoting age diversity and inclusion.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
