Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Chateau Quality Drycleaners Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule of our dry cleaning team to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Co-ordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of our dry cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in our dry cleaning services.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop the skills of our dry cleaning team members.
  • Materials Requisition: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dry cleaning or related industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
