We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easycare Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of dry cleaning operations and customer service principles.
