About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easycare Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be performed on our dry cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations that may arise during business hours, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless communication.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are functioning properly, and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Our dry cleaning facility is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dry cleaning or related industry.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
