We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Easycare Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning facilities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of our computer equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Specialty Item Cleaning: Supervise the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that they are handled with care and attention to detail.
