Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee database archives
  • Perform a number of administrative duties
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department and employees
Requirements:
  • HR related experience desired
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
  • Office Administration experience preferred
  • Adeptness in sourcing recruitment
  • Practical knowledge of data entry
  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
