We are seeking a skilled and analytical Content Insights Manager to guide and enhance our content strategy. In this pivotal role, you will analyze and report on the effectiveness of our content across various platforms, pinpointing areas for enhancement and steering optimization efforts to align with our business goals and drive impactful results. Reporting directly to the content management lead, you will consolidate marketing analytics from various content channel owners and deliver critical insights and recommendations to shape our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collaborate with channel owners and the content strategy team to establish essential reporting metrics for our content strategy and benchmarks for success.
  • Deliver Data Insights and Analytics: Synthesize performance-related data across channels, providing insights, analyses, and recommendations for optimization to the head of content strategy, content creators, and channel owners, as well as updates for executive leadership.
  • Create and Maintain Reporting Dashboards: Design and uphold a comprehensive reporting framework that tracks key metrics and can be utilized in discussions with business partners and executive leadership.
  • Identify Conversion Points: Gather insights across channels to uncover opportunities for advisors to expand their business through content. Review critical moments in the content journey, tracking Assets Under Management (AUM) and mapping it to the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders across marketing, communications, and other teams within Wealth Management Canada to advance the vision and approach of the Content Strategy & Distribution teams regarding data and analytics.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a data-driven analytics role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities – Proficient in Google Analytics 4, with a robust ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic insights.
  • Experience in developing and delivering analytics dashboards and reporting – Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as AWS QuickSight and Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of key metrics in a content and marketing context.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel, including complex functions like VLOOKUPs and macro development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating and executing content marketing strategies within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and applications, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Wrike.
  • Experience in the Wealth Management sector.
