Content Distribution Strategy Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strategic plans for content distribution, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive business plans for new content distribution strategies.
- Prepare and present internal planning documents, including revenue forecasts, strategic assessments, and annual business planning cycles.
- Support commercial negotiations by developing sophisticated financial models to evaluate offers and scenarios.
- Negotiate content distribution agreements with key partners.
- Deliver special projects, presentations, and reports to inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to video content distribution in various Canadian market sectors (e.g., direct-to-consumer sales and partnerships with new and traditional content aggregators).
**Essential Qualifications**
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to build and deconstruct complex financial scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in a business strategy role within the media or telecommunications industry, an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business or finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
