- Cultivate Advisor Relationships: Understand advisors' strategies, collaborate with them to enhance their business, and ensure the seamless operation of the client service team.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain organization and promptly address escalated items to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Seamlessly collaborate with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities and provide invaluable support to advisors.
- Business Development: Identify areas for business improvement and offer strategic solutions to drive growth and revenue.
- Team Performance: Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal.
- Experience: At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
- Certifications: Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset.
- Skills: Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel), demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving, and experience with industry-related client service.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example.
