Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of technology projects for our clients in the financial services industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform and support project delivery
  • Track project activities and status, and ensure critical project deadlines are met
  • Engage with customers to understand project requirements and manage expectations
  • Prepare project schedules and timelines with customers and the extended team
  • Address and mitigate potential project delivery issues
  • Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with project completion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading application development projects
  • Good knowledge of software re-write, re-engineering, and re-factoring projects
  • Able to facilitate technical discussions for solutioning
  • Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
  • Experience speaking with customer leaders to extract expectations and manage expectations
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following best practice and company process
  • Financial industry experience, specifically in Treasury, Risk, or Liquidity Risk
