Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, relationship building, and expert communication. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and expanding our business partnerships, working closely with sales, client success, product marketing, and marketing teams to develop strategies that benefit each partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue for both Bazaarvoice and our partners.
  • Partner with Channel and Agency Partnerships teams to foster strong relationships and identify joint promotion opportunities.
  • Lead the execution of campaigns through partner channels, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Represent Bazaarvoice partners within the marketing team, identifying opportunities to highlight partners and promote partner events and initiatives.
  • Create co-branded content and deliverables, such as webinars, fact sheets, and case studies, in collaboration with global marketing team, partnerships teams, and partners.
  • Develop and own success metrics via Salesforce, measuring and optimizing campaign activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Craft strategies and execute events and campaigns to market to potential Agency partners.
  • Coordinate and maximize partner involvement in Bazaarvoice events and industry events, including creating and managing partnership sponsorship packages and agreements.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing roles, with 3-5 years of partner marketing experience, driving impactful results for both your company and your partners.
  • Expert-level user of digital marketing toolset, including Marketo, Crossbeam, Reveal, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive communicator with strong writing skills; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions, and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects and initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Experience working on global teams and in global markets.
  • Experience in e-commerce a significant plus.
  • Success of partner marketing activities based on a variety of metrics such as marketing qualified leads from partner marketing activities, partner engagement metrics, joint pipeline development, and partner-influenced revenue.
