Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Dilawri Group of Companies. As a key member of our Service BDC team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to promote maintenance services and build strong relationships.
  • Manage customer inquiries and schedule service appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet departmental scorecards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, their features, and customer benefits.
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, internal teams, and company leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong telephone skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to perform basic math and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance habits and a presentable appearance.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion.
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Secondary School Diploma.

Work Schedule:

  • Two weeks of Monday to Friday shifts, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
  • One week with a Saturday shift, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a day off during the week.
