Job Summary

We are looking for a talented professional to provide exceptional patient service and support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, communicating with patients and guardians, and managing patient appointments and records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with kindness, enthusiasm, and interest, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Communicate with patients and guardians regarding appointments, treatment, and office policies
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Book and organize patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely communication
  • Scan patient information into charts, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor, patients, and other dental specialists or general practitioners
  • Compose letters and documents for communication as required
  • Enter initial contracts for patients, collect and process payments, and manage recurrent payments
  • Manage the patient lounge and coffee station, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Work cohesively with fellow team members to provide a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a dental office setting
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Great time management and organizational skills
