About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Saihaj Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities
    • Oversee the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Personnel Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • MS Office and MS Word proficiency.
    • Basic security clearance and bondable.
    • Own vehicle.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
