Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate Investments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing potential real estate transactions, developing financial models, and participating in investment committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze real estate transactions, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment
  • Develop and present investment opportunities to the Real Estate Management Investment Committee
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing external reports and summarizing key findings
  • Support the active management of PSP Investments' Real Estate assets, including conducting research and analysis of real estate markets
  • Develop business plans and presentations for various assets, including financial projections and market analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, combined with strong analytical skills
  • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, CA, or CFA designation is an asset
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis
  • High level of proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
