About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team at PSP Investments. As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions across various asset classes, including residential, office, retail, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support investment managers in the analysis of real estate transactions, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and validate financial models related to real estate investments, including debt and equity financing.
  • Analyze projected cash flows and returns on investment.
  • Analyze the impact of different assumptions on investment returns, including revenue, operating expenses, financing, taxes, and fees.
  • Analyze investment risk.
  • Analyze operating budgets and financial statements of assets.
  • Analyze partnership structures.
  • Participate in the presentation of investment proposals to the Real Estate Investment Committee.
