We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate Investments team at PSP Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing potential real estate transactions, developing financial models, and participating in investment committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze real estate transactions, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment
- Develop and present investment opportunities to the Real Estate Management Investment Committee
- Participate in due diligence processes, including summarizing external reports and following up on key issues
- Support investment managers in the active management of PSP Investments' Real Estate assets
- Conduct research and analysis of real estate markets to identify trends and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, combined with strong analytical skills
- M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CA, or CFA designation are assets
- Up to two years of relevant experience in real estate analysis or a related field
- High level of proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office
- Good communication skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)
