Your Role

  • Support senior investment managers in analyzing potential real estate transactions for various asset classes, including residential, office, retail, and industrial properties.
  • Develop and validate financial models related to real estate investments, ensuring accurate projections and risk assessments.
  • Analyze cash flows and projected returns on investment, providing data-driven insights to inform investment decisions.
  • Assess and mitigate investment risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our portfolio.
  • Participate in investment proposal presentations, effectively communicating complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews, verifying the accuracy of investment data and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing administrative documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to actively manage real estate assets, optimizing their performance and value.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in real estate investment or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ARGUS and @risk software is an asset.
  • Good communication skills in English and French.
