We're seeking a talented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team, working closely with our experienced investment professionals to analyze and execute real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including debt and equity transactions.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, summarizing and following up on external reports, and analyzing investment risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment opportunities for presentation to our Real Estate Management Investment Committee.
  • Conduct research and analysis of real estate markets, identifying trends and opportunities in selected markets and asset classes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, CA, or CFA designation is an asset.
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in real estate analysis or a related field.
  • High level of proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (or willingness to learn).
