Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, assign sales workers to duties, and hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Our gas station operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods.
