Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat, regarding Qtrade Direct Investing (QDI) products and services.
- Manage order flow for online trading from self-directed clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues by initiating investigations and conducting thorough follow-ups.
- Stay informed about market trends that may influence clients' investment choices.
- Understand and apply departmental operating policies and procedures effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Completion of the Options Licensing Course & Derivatives Fundamentals Course within six months of hire.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Securities registration as an Investment Representative within the last two years is considered an asset.
