About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Disability Management Services and Implementation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to support the well-being and productivity of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a disability management strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and objectives
- Lead a team of professionals to provide disability management services and support to employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess enterprise risks and dependencies
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to mitigate people risks and achieve desired outcomes
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support disability management initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in a related field, such as business administration or human resources
- Prosci or certificate in change management
- Additional education and training in leadership and management is an asset
- 10 years of progressively senior-level experience in culture, employee experience, DEI, talent management, and organizational development
- Excellent written, negotiation, and oral communication skills
