Job Title: Organizational Development Consultant

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Consultant to join our team on a 9-month remote contract. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our client's transformation journey, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate change and drive business results.

Job Details:
  • Duration: 9 months
  • Location: Winnipeg, MB (remote)
Responsibilities:

As an Organizational Development Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to enable effective communication about change impacts
  • Identifying people risks and working with leaders to mitigate
  • Leveraging an Agile change management approach to execute targeted communication and engagement plans
  • Developing and delivering associated deliverables to support stakeholder change journeys
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders and recommending adjustments to programming as required
  • Providing change leadership coaching to stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives
  • PROSCI, ACMP, or other change management certification
  • Familiarity with project environments and Agile methodology
  • Experience with change management in large organizations
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analysis, and business acumen skills
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Government or Crown Corporation experience
  • Experience with transformation change
  • Experience on large Agile IT projects
  • Experience with Agile project/change management delivery
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong relationship, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Facilitation and coaching skills
