Lead WFM Consultant

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our Workforce Management (WFM) solution. As a Lead WFM Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer requirements and configure the WFM solution to meet their needs
  • Provide guidance to associate consultants and identify potential risks
  • Document and validate customer business requirements and map to functionality
  • Configure the application to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting minutes
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide progress updates
  • Provide follow-up consulting and general assistance to customers
Qualifications:
  • Experience in HCM/WFM application consulting
  • Experience in change management and software implementation
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with HRIS systems and SaaS/cloud computing environments
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
