Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician at Orbit Installations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology experiences for our users. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support and guidance.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources.
  • Offer advice and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for the benefit of other technical support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and relevant software.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance user satisfaction.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
