Job Summary

Orbit Installations inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their computer systems and equipment are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and online resources to find solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions, to aid in future troubleshooting and training.
  • Equipment Setup: Install and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure proper functionality.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity, ensuring seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
