Job Title: Hotel Executive Housekeeper

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
  • Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate contract services, including maintenance and repair, to ensure seamless operations
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability
